These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Securel AI – Security App (the “App”), provided by Finn Gildon (“we”, “us”, or “our”). The App is distributed through Apple’s App Store and offered as a freemium service.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License

Apple Inc. is not a party to these Terms. However, Apple grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or reverse engineer the App
  • Use the App for unlawful or abusive purposes
  • Attempt to bypass or manipulate any security, payment, or subscription systems

All intellectual property rights in the App remain the exclusive property of Finn Gildon.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

The App may offer paid features or subscriptions. All purchases are processed exclusively through Apple’s In-App Purchase system.

We do not have access to your payment information. Subscription management, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies.

Prices may change only in accordance with Apple’s rules and you will always be informed by Apple before any charge is applied.

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services to operate, including:

  • RevenueCat (for subscription management)

These services may collect and process limited data necessary to provide their functionality. Their use of data is governed by their own privacy policies.

4. Personal Data

The App may collect and process personal data to provide its features. How your data is collected, used, stored, and shared is described in our Privacy Policy, which is available inside the App and on our website.

You are responsible for keeping your device and Apple ID secure. Jailbreaking or modifying your device may compromise security and cause the App to malfunction.

5. Availability & Connectivity

Some features require an internet connection. We are not responsible for:

  • Lack of connectivity
  • Mobile data charges
  • Roaming fees
  • Service interruptions caused by network providers

6. Accuracy & Disclaimer

We strive to keep the App accurate and reliable. However, the App relies on third-party services and data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Termination

We may update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time. If the App is discontinued, your license to use it ends and you must stop using and delete the App.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be published inside the App or on our website. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
