These Terms and Conditions apply to the Securel Ai - Security App (the "Application") created by Finn Gildon (the "Service Provider") as a Freemium service.

By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, translate, or create derivative versions of the Application. All intellectual property rights remain the property of the Service Provider.

The Service Provider may update, modify, or charge for the Application or its services at any time. Any fees will always be clearly communicated before being applied.

The Application may store and process personal data in order to provide its services. You are responsible for keeping your device and access to the Application secure. Jailbreaking or rooting your device may compromise security and cause the Application to stop working correctly.

Some features of the Application require an internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible for the Application not working properly due to lack of connectivity or exceeded data limits. If you use mobile data, you may be charged by your mobile provider, including roaming fees.

You are responsible for keeping your device charged and functional. The Service Provider is not responsible for any loss caused by your inability to access the Application.

The Service Provider aims to keep the Application accurate and up to date but relies on third-party data and services. The Service Provider is not liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from the use of the Application.

The Service Provider may update or discontinue the Application at any time. When the Application is discontinued, your right to use it ends and you must stop using and delete it.
